Born and raised in Los Angeles, Oscar has always been a huge advocate for health and fitness. At a young age he became a multi-sport athlete which ultimately led to his interest in the Kinesiology field. After graduating college, Oscar moved his talents north to Sacramento and began to partner with local gyms - bringing his advanced style of treating dysfunctions in the body.
